Well, I was making a brisket, but had some last minute additions to the party.. so why not add some hickory smoked ribs while I was at it? And if I have hickory smoke, might as well throw down some tomatillos. Oh, and look, extra grill space – how about a balsamic flank steak to go with the salsa verde?
